Justine Haddon Counselling
I have always had a fascination with how people think and behave. This together with my personal experiences and empathic approach, have enabled me to support other women facing similar experiences.
I specialise in working with women as I know just how powerful it can be when we are supported and guided by each other. I counsel women who are struggling with various life challenges. This includes, but is not limited to depression, anxiety, parental difficulties, single parenting, inner child work, divorce recovery and in particular narcissistic and emotional abusive recovery.
My aim is to work together with my clients to identify problems that they are facing and find effective coping mechanisms and solutions. Feelings of hopelessness, being overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, depressed and anxious can be overcome when an individual is supported and guided through the process by a trained counsellor.
I am a fully qualified and BACP registered counsellor. Alongside private practice and volunteering, I am currently furthering my knowledge and experience with a BA hons degree in Humanistic and Integrative counselling.
