About Me

I have always had a fascination with how people think and behave. This passion, together with an intuitive and empathic approach, has driven me to support other women facing various challenges.

After many personal struggles, I finally put my life long passion of helping people into practice by becoming a counsellor.

My journey began counselling children and victims of domestic violence, trauma and mental health issues in South Africa.  In more recent years, and harnessing skills from personal and professional experience, I now specialise in individual counselling for women. I know just how powerful it can be when we are supported and guided by each other, and I am honoured to be a part of the growth and healing process of my clients.

I counsel women who are struggling with various issues. This includes, but is not limited to depression, anxiety, parental difficulties, single parenting, inner child work, spiritual enlightenment, self esteem, motivation, divorce recovery and narcissistic and emotional abuse recovery.

My aim is to work together with my clients to identify problems that they are facing and find effective coping mechanisms and solutions. Feelings of hopelessness, being overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, depressed and anxious can be overcome when an individual is supported and guided through the process by a trained counsellor.
